Ingredients (2 Servings)
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Add the butter to a medium sized skillet over medium heat.
- Cut a hole from the center of each slice of bread. You can use a drinking glass or a cookie cutter.
- Place the bread slices in the pan and toast for a minute or two then flip.
- Crack an egg into the center of each piece of toast.
- Cook until the eggs are set.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
