Crepes Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 3/4 c (175 g) almond flour 
  • 1/3 c (100 g) Greek yoghurt 
  • 1 c (250 ml) milk 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 tsp sugar substitute, e.g. Stevia 

Directions 

  1. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and beat to a smooth batter with a hand-held mixer. 
  2. Heat a little bit of oil or butter in a pan and cook the crepes. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter and coat the entire bottom of the pan. Cook until golden on both sides and add any toppings or enjoy plain.
