Coconut Bread Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 5 eggs 
  • 1 1/2 c (200 g) coconut flour 
  • 1 1/3 c (100 g) coconut flakes 
  • 2/3 c (150 g) butter, melted 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 dash of salt 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients to make a smooth batter. Cover and let sit for about 5 minutes. 
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan. Spread batter in loaf pan and bake for 35 – 40 minutes. Cool for about 20 minutes before serving.
