Chia Rolls Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 1 c (200 g) quark 
  • 1 ½ c (150 g) protein powder 
  • 2/3 c (100 g) chia seeds 
  • 1 c (250 ml) water 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 tsp salt 
  • 1 Tbsp. (1 pkg.) baking powder 

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix into a smooth dough. 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use two spoons to shape the dough into little balls. Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for approx. 20 minutes. 
  3. The rolls are great warm or cold and can also be made the day before.
