Breakfast Burger Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 8 eggs 
  • ½ lb. (250 g) ground meat 
  • 1 tomato 
  • 1 small onion 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

  1. Break the eggs into individual metal biscuit cutters and cook. Break the egg yolk with a fork to make a smooth top. Place two eggs onto each of the four plates. 
  2. Peel the onion and dice. Mix with the ground meat and a dash of salt and pepper. Then shape the ground meat into patties in the biscuit cutters and cook on both sides until well done.
  3. Slice the tomato and turn the patties, eggs and tomatoes into a burger. Garnish with condiments or gherkins as desired.
