Blueberry Protein Shake Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 2 c (500 ml) buttermilk 
  • 1 ¼ c (250 g) quark 
  • 4 ½ oz. (125 g) blueberries 
  • ¼ c (25 g) vanilla flavored protein powder 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 3 minutes to make a creamy shake. 
  2. Divide into four portions and either serve immediately or refrigerate.
