Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 2 c (200 g) almond flour 
  • 1 c (100 g) chocolate flavored protein powder 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 1/4 c (300 ml) milk 
  • 2 tsp cocoa 
  • 2 tsp sugar substitute, e.g. Stevia 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and beat with a mixer. 
  2. Bake the batter in a waffle maker and enjoy either warm or cold.
