Ingredients (4 servings)
- 2 c (200 g) almond flour
- 1 c (100 g) chocolate flavored protein powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c (300 ml) milk
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 2 tsp sugar substitute, e.g. Stevia
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and beat with a mixer.
- Bake the batter in a waffle maker and enjoy either warm or cold.
