Bacon Muffins Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 4 slices of bacon 
  • 4 eggs 
  • Pepper 
  • Paprika 


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line four molds of a muffin tin with a slice of bacon. Place the slices along the sides to make a mold. Bake for approx. 6 minutes. 
  2. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and slowly add one egg to each bacon lined mold. Bake another 15 minutes and garnish to your taste with pepper, paprika or fresh herbs. Serve warm.
