Avocado Shake Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings) 

  • 1 2/3 c (400 ml) milk 
  • 2/3 c (200 g) Greek yoghurt 
  • ½ lb. (200 g) avocado 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the insides with a spoon. 
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at the highest setting for 3 minutes. 
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and divide into four portions.
