Artichoke Frittata Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 6 eggs 
  • 1 can artichoke hearts 
  • 1 c (100 g) shredded cheese 
  • 4 Tbsp. milk 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Beat the eggs and whisk with the milk and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix in the shredded cheese. 
  2. Drip dry the artichoke hearts and fry in a hot pan in a little oil for about 2 minutes. 
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and slowly cook over medium heat until thick. Then divide into four portions and serve warm.
